In a new installation of Outlook 2003, in the New Outlook Data File window
[File - New - Outlook Data File], I only have the following choice:
- Personal Folders
....where the description mentions: "compatible with Outlook 97, 98, 2000
and 2002".

As with the other computers in our company, I should be getting these options:
- Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst) [for Outlook 2003]
- Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst) [for previous versions]

How could I add and/or modify these options ?
How can I add the 2003 unicode format ? [and yes, the font is already
installed]
