Default Spam Filter?

You need a third party program. There are many. K9, SpamPal, PopFile, etc.
OE relies on Message Rules. The most effective is filtering *in* your mail.
Many ISPs also have Spam Filter programs.

Does Outlook Express have a spam filtering mechanism or do I have to use a
third party program such as "MailWasher" prior to opening Outlook Express?
If
not, is Outlook Express going to have one incorporated in one of the
updates
in the future?

Cheers....
