Default Outlook 2007 Calendar printing

printing in 2007 is bad - some of the bugs will be fixed in SP1 later this
fall but I don't know if this one is included in the fixes. Until then, try
the calendar printing assistant.
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp has links to the
assistant and other 3rd party tools that may do a better job.

When printing a calendar billfold style in Outlook 2007, at a glance, all
appointments appear to an hour long. Also, it does not display the times
of
the appointments. It does show the organizer of the appointment, which is
useless information, if this is not who the meeting is with. We need to be
able to edit what is being printed, and how the style is being printed, so
as
the appointments do not look like an hour when they may only be 30 minutes
long. And if your apopintment does not start on the hour or half hour,
there
is no way to tell, since times are not being printed. This was not an
issue
with previous versions of Outlook. We like more new features, not features
taken away with new versions.
