Default oe/yahoopops problem

If the messages look OK on the Yahoo web mail, then they are likely
getting corrupted during download.

Besides the problem being in Yahoopops (as Norman suggested) if you are
running anti-virus set to scan e-mail or anti-spam those could also
cause the problem.

If you look at the Message Source (Ctrl-F3) you'll likely see a blank
line somewhere before the Subject line. A blank line indicates the end
of header and stat of the body. This will cause the rest of the header
to be treated as the body which would cause your blank subject and cause
any HTML format messages to show the raw HTML and any attachments to
show as encoded text.

Hi

I've got several yahoo email addys I access in OE using Yahoopops, but
mail
to one of the email addresses has suddenly gone weird as its appearing
as
blank subject and pages of weird script type stuff in the message
body. A
email sent to both Yahoo addressses appeared good on one address and
corrupted on the other, both use identical settings. I ignored the
bad
account and only used the good one but now both show the same problem.

Any suggestions appreciated
