Everytime I try to send an email, I get Microsoft Outlook has encountered a
problem and needs to close. Error signature is as follows:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.6822.0 ModName: riched20.dll
ModVer: 5.40.11.2220 Offset: 00009420

I have googled the dll and have tried MS recommend of renaming it to .old
and then repairing Outlook. Hasn't helped at all. Would appreciate any help
I can get.
