I need to navigate to given web page in Outlook.
Now I look through all the CommandBars of ActiveExplorer, find 'Web'
commandbar, and set url address to the last ctrl of the 'Web' commandbar.
But, of course, if that address ctrl is hidden or 'Web' command bar is
hidden I cannot use this approach.

What should I use instead?
