text color works fine on word pad but when i try to use text color on
outlook e mail

it shows the color box and the icon is there but it says font and when you
pick a

color it will not use it. Also on format tab ; background color
choice comes up

and it will let you chose a color but does not use it. Is there a setting
that i need to

check or change. THANKS FOR HELP
