Hi Ron: I have 2002 version. Does the same thing in safe mode. When it asks
if I want to report, I said yes this time, sends the report to Microsoft and
then I took a look at details. Something to do with riched20.dll. I googled
on internet and tried to rename as old, do repair and reboot but didn't
work.

Which Outlook version (Help - About)?
Do you have the same problem if you run Outlook in safe mode? Open the
Start
menu and choose Run. Type 'outlook /safe' (without quotes) in the Open
field
and press OK.
