Close OE and delete Folders.dbx from your message store.
Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store Folder will reveal the location of
your Outlook Express files. Press the Tab key to highlight the folder
location, then Ctrl+C. Close OE, then Start | Run | Ctrl+V will put the
location in the box - Click OK and you'll see the OE files. Otherwise,
write
the location down and navigate to it in Windows Explorer.
In WinXP, Win2K & Win2K3, the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default
marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must
enable
Show Hidden Files and Folders under Start | Control Panel | Folder
Options
Icon | View, or in Windows Explorer | Tools | Folder Options | View.

I keep getting the following error meassge. OE starts up and seems to
work
but this error message keeps coming up, and I can't find any reference
to
it
anywhere.
"Outlook express could not be started. The application was unable to
open
the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out of memory
or
your
disk full. Contact Microsoft Support for further assistance
(0x80004005,
183)"
Needless to say it accesses all my messages and seems to work ok, i
send
and
receive emails? Also i have plenty of disk space available on both
drives
and
plenty of RAM?
Any help appreciated.
