Had a pretty stationary in .eml format. Double clicked on it to open
it. It opened in Incredimail. I reassociated the file extension to
Outlook Express. Now double clicking on .eml files opens OE as if the
.eml file was a shortcut to OE. It does not open up a new email with
desired stationery.

Suggestions?

For Internet E-mail Message, the Application used to perform thes action for
the open action should be:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /eml:%1
