Default Suddenly unable to send email see error message below
The SMTP server returned an error. Account: , Server:
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '4.5.9|Spam limit has
been reached.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC60

I have contacted my ISP, who told me to try Microsoft.com for advice. I can
find a description of this error number, but no advice on what to do about it.
