Default can i upload template formatted emails to a data base or into exce

If you want to write your own code to extract the data, you'll need to parse it with basic text functions. The sample at http://www.outlookcode.com/codedetail.aspx?id=89 provides a generic example of some of those functions.

Off-the-shelf tools are listed at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/extract.asp .

Your invoice will be processed within 24 hours of submittal and results will
be displayed within the SWS portal upon completion. The invoice display will
include the date we will submit your invoice to xyz and an estimated payment
date along with details associated with your transaction with xyz.
