Default How do insert contacts in an email in text form

You haven't said what nethod you use - there are a few.

Try Insert Item

Try changing just that 1 email to Rich Text and see if that works (it's in
the toolbar at top of screen when you open an email)

I have Outlook 2003 and I want to be able to insert a contact into an email
in text form. The option is greyed out when using Word as the editor. I
want to continue to use Word as my editor.

Does anyone know a work around? Right now I have to open up the contact
and
cut and paste every phone, Address, name etc.

Thanks,

Tim
