You will lose your calendars any time Outlook does not close properly. In my
building we have electical surges often and that causes Outlook to close
incorrectly. Which then will cause you to lose your calendars.

We also have this problem, we are not running Office Live Communicator.

I have a similiar situation. I work in a large office where we connect
with
an exchange server. Ever since I have been upgraded to Outlook 2007 my
peoples calendars and/or other calendars are disappearing. This is
happening
to approximately 15 people in our building and our IT people can't figure
it
out!

Hi TechieBird,
Sorry to have to mention that the problem is back. This happened two
days
after the fix with no new installs or updates as suspects. I treid again
with
the /resetnav but now the calenders don't stick in place.
Any other ideas that might help?
Cheers

Hi TechiBird,
I applied your suggestion and after configuring and restarting outlook
as
well as system my calenders are still in place.
Thanks

Hi there
Try running Outlook from the 'bad' machine with the /resetnavpane
switch,
then add back some calendars and restart to test.
(Just be aware that /resetnavpane removes all the customisations to
the pane
at the left of the Outlook window so you will lose some other
settings but
hopefully nothing major.)

Hi,
Since upgrading from Office 2k3 to Office 2k7 all other user's
calenders
dissapear after a reboot. I work in an office wher outlook
connects to an
Exchange server in the domain. We also run Presentation server in
the same
environment where Office 2k3 is still installed. When I log on to
Citrix all
calenders from other users are still open, meaning that my issue
would be
local. Tentative conclusion is that I'm missing a check somewhere
to keep the
synch with Exchange calenders.
Anybody know where to look?
Kind regards
Arti
