What if you close the message (saving it to drafts in the process) then
reopen it and try to send?

I am running Windows XP and using MS Outlook 2003 for e-mail.
I thought I would send a file, so I attached it to the e-mail message.
Later, I decided against sending the file as an attachment and deleted the
file from the attachment box on the message. When I went to send, I
received an error message stating that the message would not be sent
because I deleted an attachment. How would I FORCE Outlook to send a
message in this situation?
Thank you,
Barry Karas
