Yes. That's normal. Outlook is not at all consistent in how it displays the
EDA field in the Sent Items Folder. It seems to have more to do with the
version in which the Contact Record was first created rather than the
version in current use.

I did a test run by selecting a category and sending a message as per

directions. I noticed the information from the "Display As" field

was visible in the To: field, each was enclosed in quotes and separated
by
a

As I'd already included myself in the category, I received a copy of
the
email as well. This return copy didn't have the email addresses visible
in
the To: field either, only the names in quotes mentioned above. Does

sound right?
I've been reading many posts in here of people wanting to be rid of the
email address string in the To: field, but from my test, it only seems
to
be
visible prior to sending the email. If this is right, then I'm happy
with
that. To print a hard copy of the email with all those emails addresses
in
the headers makes for a larger document.
