that's the case it could be a read receipt that's stuck in the Outbox. You
don't mention what version of Outlook you use, but follow the steps listed
here (they may or not be exact, depending on which version of Outlook you
have):

It could be that the outgoing SMTP server is looking for authentication

you. When you set up your account in Outlook, did you specify your

for the SMTP server as well as your POP3 server?

It could also be that if you have antivirus set up to scan
incoming/outgoing
mail that it's preventing you from connecting.

On Outbox there are no pending mail.
the error code is 0x80042109

On other account was using the same smtp server they are fine, I even
have
try to login in the webmail there is not email stucking there.

I also try on outlook express, same falure keep sending a mail but
got a
different error code 0x800CCC78
