Default Outlook 2003 is slow when adding an attachment.
Using Outlook 2003 with WinxpSP2.
When our user wants to attach a attachment to a new email
that he has created, it takes about 8 seconds for him to open
up a folder to get to the file that he wants to attach.
Please advise.
