Default send button gone

OK. We call that a template. The template appears like it was already sent
and your options are Forward or Reply? This was caused by the update
KB911567.

I suggest using the second link. The registry work is done for you.

To complete the fix for .eml templates, a registry change is needed. See:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/918766

Tom Koch also has this information at his site, along with a downloadable
Zip file to do the registry change for you. See:

thanks for your response.
no, it is not a message on the drafts folder. it is saved on the desktop.
when opening the message from the desktop i tried view toolbar customize
as
suggested and do not see an send option...is this by design?

Is this a message you are creating and saving to Drafts? Double click on
it
to open in its own window and the Send button will be there, or can be
added. View | Toolbars | Customize.
