Default Outlook 2003

This looks like it will do the trick but I can't work on until Monday next.
Another question since you seem knowledgeable. If I want to make a separate
user account and leave the admin account only for admin, is there a way to
copy over my desktop that I've been making to suit myself?

I do that now, everytime!. First, I am the administrator. I've just
read in another listing that one should have be a user separate from
administrator, but right now I'm not. So, as administrator, every
time I open Outlook it brings up the EULA and I accept and then go on
about my busines, but it asks me every time.

See is this helps: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/884202
