Considering that you neglected to tell us which program that you are
using,
and that you posted your problem to an MS Outook Express group, providing
three links to MS Outlook Express problems seems reasonable. Perhaps you
can
post back with the name of the program, and the version number? If it is
MS
Outlook Express on Windows XP Home Edition (at least you *did* mention
the
OS; and with MSIE7 perhaps we can guess that is with SP2) then opening MS
Outlook Express 6, adn reading the "Help About" notice will be a start. I
have:

And, in the file list is:

I believe that information would be a start. After all, we don't really
know
what you are using, and people *have* posted here with questions about MS
Outlook 97, MS Outlook 2003, and even Mozilla Thunderbird.
