Default Send Messages With Outlook 2000 Using Established Connection

I use Outlook 2000, Windows XP SP2, and have a dial-up connection to my ISP.

Whenever I am ready to send a message, I click the Send/Receive button and
then I get a pop-up window that states:

A dial-up networking connection is already established
to (name of my ISP).

It then gives me two radio buttons to chose from:

() Hang Up and dial (name of my ISP).
() Try to locate the server on the current connection.

How do I get Outlook to always automatically chose the option "Try to locate
the server on the current connection"?

Thanks.
