Default How do I create a "Group" for contacts in Outlook 2003?

Outlook uses separate Contact subfolders to organize Contacts, not groups.
Most synch software will only sync with your default folder, so why wouldn't
that work for you?

I need to create a "group" which would only include certain contacts in my
Outlook 2003.
The Apple iPhone allows me to sync my contacts in Outlook 2003 for all
contacts or for "selected groups". I don't want to sync "all contacts" if
I don't have to. However, I don't know how to create a "group" in outlook
that iTunes would see? Could someone help?
If you have an iPhone, you would know what I'm talking about with the
iTunes interface for the iPhone syncing contacts for outlook 2003.

My Thanks to anyone that can help me!
