Tools | Options | Send. Uncheck: Automatically put people I reply to in my
Address Book. And, do not use Reply All. Use Reply.
Also, if the message is coming from someone using AOL, you need to use Reply
on the message you receive, and /not/ on the one that you clicked the
attachment multiple times to open.

Bruce:
I can't seem to post to this site, but can reply, apparently.
Do you know how to change the settings in the address book that will help
with this problem? I can't find the answer in the Help part of OE or on
the
Windows site. Frustrating.
PROBLEM: When someone sends me an email and cc's others, THOSE addresses
are stored in my Address Book. I have NO idea who these people are and
it's
resulted in 1300 "unknown" (to me) people in my address book. VERY
FRUSTRATING! I don't know how to change the settings to address this
problem.
Thank you for your assistance!

You can't. If the addresses are in a message you received, go to Tools |

be
added.
