Default Transferring Files From AOL

Ok, now I am confused. I have come to realize that I have Outlook Express
2006 and Microsoft Outlook 2003 arrrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Please tell me what
the difference is before I attempt to move my files saved on AOL...thank you,
