Default receiving emails

I have outlook 2003, part of office SBE 2003.

What happens is that when I click the "send/receive button.," I get a
message that says "send/receive complete." However, there are messages that
have been sent to me and there are none in the in-box. I have removed the
account from express and this is still what happens.

Hi - I have just set up outlook as my email handler from previously
having used express. outlook sends emails fine, but all incoming
goes to express. I have checked the settings and they are all correct
as far as I can tell. I have checked this with my internet provider
(Suddenlink.) This happened after I installed franklincovey add on
to outlook.

If you don't want Outlok Express to get the messages, you must 1) stop using
Outlook Express, 2) disable receiving messages for that account in Outlook
Express, or 3) Remove the account from Outlook Express.

Why not explain exactly what happens when you try to receive messages in
Outlook? State your Outlook version and the exact text of any errors you
receive.
