Use their "Contact Us" link at the bottom of their home page, pick the
product while navigating through the pages, and you'll get to a page with
contact info.

I try not to be cynical about this however experience has dictated me to
avoid using contacting Microsoft via e-mails as they see to use their
"recycle bins" constantly.

This is a genuine error on behalf of Microsoft and hopefullt I would like to
see this corrected.
