How do you report an error to Microsoft about an error in their
calander calculation?
All the settings I see are correct however their calculation are off.

Use their "Contact Us" link at the bottom of their home page, pick the
product while navigating through the pages, and you'll get to a page
with contact info.

I try not to be cynical about this however experience has dictated me to
avoid using contacting Microsoft via e-mails as they see to use their
"recycle bins" constantly.
This is a genuine error on behalf of Microsoft and hopefullt I would like
to see this corrected.

And if you don't report it then it is absolutely guaranteed that they
don't get your report. Newsgroups are not an avenue for access to free
support from Microsoft. While some MVPs reside here, and maybe even some
Microsoft employees, don't expect anything here to get more attention than
you sending feedback to Microsoft using their web form.

Well I did make the report and so far no response yet. I am not that
confident about them getting back to me.

I was hoping that someone knows of a really good direct route.
