I have the same problem (cannot find scanpst.exe on vista). I cannot find it
in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe or in
C:\users\xxxx\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outl ook.pst

is there somewhere to get it?
