Default transferring Outlook files to another computer

You need to copy your OE identity & Address book (wab?) to your new PC
(copy to a convenient location, eg My Documents)
Import that into Windows Mail, before you can export to OL

Hi,

I have an old computer with Office 97? on it and have been using Outlook
Express for my e-mail. However, we have a new computer with Vista Home on
it
and it has Office basic 2003 with Outlook on it.

I want to transfer everything (address book, folders, saved e-mails) from
OE
on the old computer to Outlook on the new computer. Unfurtunately I have
tried the 'export & import' function, and I have also copied OE onto a
disk
and installed it on the new computer, but can't seem to open it at all.

any suggestions?

thanks

Nick
