Events disappear upon sync
Diane,
Upon further testing, it doesn't actually happen upon sync with the Exchange
Server. It occurs just 3-5 seconds after saving the event.

I have a user that has his events that he enters into his calendar's
ost file
disappear when he syncs to the Exchange Server 2003 or at least a few
seconds
after he saves the event. He can enter events directly into Exchange
by not
using cached mode and they remain no problem and when he returns to
cached
mode they will come down from the exchange server just fine. However,
if he
tries to enter new events in cached mode again, they disappear. He has
tried
deleting the ost file and allow Outlook to generate a new one but the
same
result occurs. Other items such as mail seems to sync with no
problems. His
computer is running XP Pro and Outlook 2003. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Greg
