Default Address book on internet

No, I don't have MS Exchange. Would I need that to do this?
The version of Outlook I have is 5.1.
I've just made a new website and used Netfirms to upload it. In that there
are databases. Would it be possible to use databases on the internet so
everyone can access it? I don't really have much more info to give, sorry.

I need to somehow create a folder for email contacts which can be accessed
by
about 5 other computers in the same building. It needs to be editable by
everyone, so it's always updated in each computer. I'm thinking it will
need
to be done through the internet or some sort of database? I have Outlook
2002.
Has anybody got any suggestions on what I could do?
Thanks in advance!
