If even one message does not complete the download, you will get duplicates.
Until ALL messages are downloaded, your ISP does not clear the mail box. This is for your
protection.
Then the next time you connect, you get all the messages again.
You will have to find out why your downloads do not complete.
If it is due to too many messages, use your ISP's webmail option to go and delete the messages you
have already downloaded.

Bruce helped me correct my problem before, but it only lasted for a day, and
now I have dupicate messages coming in . I am up to 55 , they just keep
adding on instead of starting fresh. Also, the last email never seems to
download, then setrvice expires. I am wondering if this is not my problem
now.
