Default No E-mail Accounts selection in Outlook 2000 Tools menu.
I want to delete some empty contact folder listings from the Outlook 2000
address book. Instructions from Microsoft say "Tools menu, click E-mail
Accounts".

There is no selection for E-mail Accounts in my Tools menu. ??????????
