After furious head scratching, dmw47 asked:

| We have some users set up to be able to view additional users
| mailboxes in Outlook. When viewing calendars in side-by-side view,
| the title above the calendars of the additional users display
| "Calendar" rather than "Calendar in Mailbox - Username." Anyone know
| what might be the cause of this?
