There is no selection for E-mail Accounts in my Tools menu. ??????????

That menu choice is on Outlook 2002 and 2003. Outlook 2000 has either
ToolsAccounts (Internet Mail Only mode) or ToolsServices
(Corporate/Workgroup mode).
