Normally problems with OE have to do with the registry or message store. OE
when it fails to start (due to such corruption) gives the stupid messages
that there might not be enough disk space or OE might not be installed
correctly.
99% of the time this is cow dung.
If OE won't start, then its likely the folders.dbx file (hidden) is corrupt
and needs to be deleted.
