Thanks to all that helped me. I figured out what I needed to do was create a
folderin the personal area and where my name is in the To or cc box sent a
copy directly to the pst folder for all messages.

Ok, so, if I am reading you correctly, you only want to move mail that was
from one of your internal users to this pst?

Exchange server, I assume? What version? And what version of Outlook?
