contact folder missing
Thanks. Can you tell me how to switch to "all folder list" in the nagviation
pane?
In my contact list and my address book, how can I make the contact list to
show last name first?
At the Email Accounts, view address book, Outlook address book, I
already click "show name by" file as "Smith John". But my address book /
contact list still show first name first.

Contacts, calendar, tasks and journal do not show in the all mail folder
list, only mail folders. Switch to the all folders list.

After furious head scratching, AGrg asked:
| I am using Outlook 2003. My Dell system runs XP with SP2.
| My right side bar is Favorite Folders, then, "All Mail Folders".
| In "All Mail Folders" I have "Personal Folders".
| Under "Personal Folders" I have
| deleted items
| drafts
| Inbox
| Outbox
| Sent items
| search folder.
|
| I used to have "contact" folder there, by I cannot make this contact
| folder showing here?
| What can I do to make this folder show?
|
| I assume this contact folder is the "Address Book".
| How can make my address book showing last name first?
| Currently it is showing first name first.
| At the Email Accounts, view address book, Outlook address book, I
| already click "show name by" file as "Smith John". Doesn't do
| anything.
