Default contact folder missing

OK. I found it. I click "GO", then, "folder list". But it will show
all the folders, and I cannot select what folder to show. If I select
"Mail", then, "contact" folder is not shown.

Of course. If you tell the Navigation Pane to show "All Mail Folders", then
it's doing EXACTLY WHAT YOU TOLD IT when it doesn't show the Calendar or
Contacts. If you want to see only the Contacts, then use the "Contacts"
view of the Navigation Pane. If, however, you want to see both mail and
contact folders, you have to use a view that shows both types, and that's
Folder List. What's so tedious about that?

Yuck, all these junk I have to live with all the choice of I have
because of the monopoly of Microsoft.

No one holds a gun to your head and forces you to use Microsoft. If it's
required for your job, then blame the management of your company for making
you use Outlook, not Microsoft.

I am still unable to transfer contact list easily from one computer to
another.

Copy the PST. Simple.
