Default Indent Line in OE 6:

You can put the cursor in the quoted text area, Format, Decrease Indent.

The original message when you reply to HTML emails is indented and has
the solid line.
What you are changing is the indent character for plain text messages.

Note that the indent character never makes a solid line.
You have to change the message format to plain text.
Is the solid line causing a problem?

Hello Ronald,

Thank You very much for your reply to my enquiry.

You are Right, we are using HTML email format.
No the solid line is not causing any problem, I do not find it very
practical
when editing HTML's emails for forwarding purposes.

Now I understand how it works, we have to use plain text emails format if
we
do not like the solid Indent line.

Thanks Again x@y

Hello Friends,

We use OE,6 with IE,6 on Windows XP Pro.

When we send E-mails we have a solid indent line on the left side of the
page, in OE,6 we have changed the Indent from solid Line "I"
to "" After the change we still get the sold line.

Any help on how to make the change work, is very much Appreciated.
Thanks, x@y
