Default Outlook Express Folders

What parts are you having trouble with?

First you need to locate the DBX files on the old PC. To do that look
in Tools, Options, Maintenance, Store Folder.

Then you need to transfer the DBX files to the new PC. Put them in a
new empty folder, not in the OE folder.

Then if you want all the messages from all folders, do the File, Import,
Messages and point to the Store folder that you created above.

If you only want some messages from some folders, that gets a bit more
complicated. See the link below on importing a single folder.
