How to synchronise calendar and Contact with other outlook users ?
you can certainly import and export as xls files and share... but there is
no easy solution for sharing.. even exchange is not easy.
Microsoft offers online publishing free - r-click on the calendar and choose
the option to publish to the internet. However, since XP and Vista offer
IIS, you can publish it on your own internal network if you are willing to
put in a little effort to set it up. Many sites prefer this as they have
control over the security of the data and do not need internet access to
view it.

There are different options for sharing in Office 2007. First start by
reviewing the option that are available by going to the Help menu and
searching Share.
This may answer your question if not let us know
