Default Exchange Extention - No load and no error

Uhm, well, there is also the Help-Disabled Items - Enable option.

How did I miss the first time around...

Hi All,

One of my clients has a situation where my add-in is not loading and
no errors are reported. In the trust center, the add-in is checked as
active. In the very beginning of loading (Install interface), a log
file is created. However, on this PC, no log file is created, thereby
giving me the impression that Outlook isn't even trying to load the
add-in.
The registry entries like fine.

This is on Vista w/ Outlook 2007. This add-in works fine other PCs
with this configuration. To be sure, this client has done some
testing for me, so it could be an upgrade related issue.

I've run depends.exe on the add-in and there are no depencies missing.
(Some exports missing in shlwapi.dll & ieframe.dll, but it's the same
on PCs that work.)

I could switch it from an exchange extention to Com (IdExtensiblity2)
interface, but a modest amount of work for a shot in the dark.

We've tried complete uninstalls, reinstalls, deleting extend.dat. I'm
running of ideas.

Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance,

J
