lets unwanted messages back in? For example, I create a message rule that
deletes any message where the subject contains the word 'viagra', however

next time I look in my inbox there is a message where the subject contains
the word 'viagra'. Furthermore when I check my message rules the rule has
disappeared. This has happened more than once and eventually the rule may
stay after I have recreated it more than once.
Can anyone help or does anyone have the same problem?
Message Rules are stored in the Registry.

Zone Alarm (free) 6.5 Reported to be fixed in later versions.
In the case of Zone Alarm 6.5 or Norton 2007 it actually has to be
uninstalled. Make sure the Windows Firewall is turned on until you
reinstall Zone Alarm.
Boot into Safe Mode with Networking and try the change.
