Show Calendars on Navigation Pane
I found the problem.
In the GO menu is Folder List. That gave me the view that I was looking for.
I never use GO. I have been trying to make this stuff show up via the View
menu....I thought the logical place to look....

Perhaps the problem is that I don't understand exactly what you want. If
you use the Folder List view, you'll see all your folders in the list in
the Navigation Pane.
