no, sent rules create copies. The 'proper' way to do it is to not save sent
items and use rules to save them instead. This can be problematic if outlook
can't write to the sent folder (such as with an imap acct) so nothing is
saved.

Alternately you can create on arrival rules and use run it now on the sent
folder - this works pretty good if you don't need them moved instantly and
can do it like once a week.
