Assuming you mean Outlook 2007, make sure you are NOT using Microsoft Rich
Text Format for your default email format. RTF is ONLY understood by
Outlook and any other email client will either get an attachment with the
name WINMAIL.DAT (which they cannot open) or they'll get no attachment at
all. Avoid this by using either HTML or Plain Text for your email format
whenever sending to someone that is not also using Outlook.
