I have checked the SMTP for both accounts, run the diagnostics

OK) I have gone into the email accounts settings and reviewed the

settings (all good). All test messages received just fine. Signature
not even
set up yet so no graphic images there. I hope you can help.


Could be a plug-in is screwed up. Start Outlook in its safe mode
("outlook.exe /safe") which will NOT load any plug-ins. If you can
send in Outlook's safe mode then you have a defective plug-in.
