Yes, I did, I gives me an error.
I believe the problem is that OL is minimized to the tray (next to the
clock) and not to the taskbar...

I have no problem getting Outlook into the tray with
Outlook.ActiveWindow.WindowState = olMinimized

But how can I maximize from this state? olMaximized produces me an
error...
